By submitting a form on this website, you consent to receiving the requested materials and follow-up communications as described below.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly through our website forms:

  • Book request forms: First name and email address
  • Scheduling forms: Name, email address, and any information you provide when booking a call
  • Brutal Benchmark assessment: Your responses, pillar scores, and total score (if you choose to take the assessment)

We also collect limited technical information automatically:

  • Analytics data: Page views, session identifiers, referring URLs, UTM campaign parameters, and general device type (mobile/desktop). This data is collected without cookies through our privacy-respecting analytics system and is not linked to your identity unless you submit a form.
  • Bot protection data: We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from automated abuse. Turnstile may collect browser and device characteristics to verify you are a real person. No cookies are set. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver the book you requested via email
  • Send follow-up emails related to winning business owner clients (typically 3 to 6 emails over several weeks)
  • Provide your Brutal Benchmark results and personalized analysis
  • Confirm and manage scheduled calls
  • Analyze aggregate website usage to improve our content and user experience

Who we share your information with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers who process it on our behalf:

  • GoHighLevel (LeadConnector/HighLevel Inc.) for email delivery, CRM, and appointment scheduling. Your name, email, form responses, and benchmark results are stored in our GoHighLevel account.
  • Cloudflare for website hosting, content delivery, analytics, and bot protection. Cloudflare processes requests to serve this website but does not use your data for its own purposes. Analytics are cookieless and privacy-respecting.
  • Anthropic (Claude AI) for generating personalized Brutal Benchmark analysis. If you complete the assessment, your scores and first name are sent to Anthropic's API to produce your written analysis. No email addresses are sent to Anthropic.

We may also disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or retargeting technology. Specifically:

  • No cookies are set by this website
  • No Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel or conversion tracking is installed
  • No Google Analytics or similar third-party tracking scripts are used
  • Your theme preference (light/dark mode) is stored in your browser's local storage, which is not transmitted to our servers

Data retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the services you requested and to maintain our business relationship. Specifically:

  • Contact information (name, email): Retained in our CRM until you request deletion or unsubscribe, at which point marketing communications stop. Contact records may be retained for up to 3 years for business record-keeping.
  • Benchmark results: Stored for 90 days, after which they are automatically deleted.
  • Analytics data: Retained in aggregate form. No personally identifiable information is stored in our analytics system.

Your rights

All users:

  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email
  • Request deletion of your personal data by contacting us (see below)
  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including:

  • The right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
  • The right to request deletion of your personal information
  • The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
  • The right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

We do not sell or share your personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. We do not use your data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children's privacy

This website is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
